Crown Heights, Hasidic Jews & Ancient Tradition

Finding this video today again, after watching it, there are some interesting details revealed. The location 'Crown Heights' is identified. The Hasidic Jewish people strive to live the right way in the eyes of God, And yet it is also shown that people do have a crisis in search of truth and there is a price of separation - being apart from the community that can be hard for anyone going through soul searching times.

There is also seen a Hadisic wedding with the ceremony that takes place 'outside'. The reason why is not explained. This wedding is taking place under the heavens, under the guidance of God. If their is someone who is to be placed as the head of a Church who God has not appointed, they might be detrimentally impacting or influencing the people and at least this is the understanding that I am given on this.

In another part of the video the celebration of Hannukah being the festival of lights. There is also celebrating the individuality of souls that I totally agree with.. Hannukah being a time when Jews retained their rights to continue in the religion without being forced to adhere to the religion of the Greeks. In the video we also see that Catholic and Jews have married and over time Jews and Greeks have married too.

This short video identifies Hasidic Jews who are breaking the sheltered way of upbringing to be educated  while maintaining their traditional teaching. In the tradition to maintain the family tradition, it is a challenge to young people to want to be educated and guided to learning in certain fields.

This video is titled Hasidism and Jewish Mysticism in Israel after the Holocaust.

Hasidic Judaism from the Hebrewחסידות‎ (Sephardic pronunciation: IPA: [ħasiˈdut]Ashkenazic pronunciation: IPA: [χaˈsidus]), meaning "piety" (or "loving-kindness"), is a branch of Orthodox Judaism that promotes spirituality through the popularization and internalization of Jewish mysticism as the fundamental aspect of the faith.

Hasidism comprises part of contemporary Haredi Judaism

It is important to remember that everyone is a unique individual. We are all facing our own learning and growth experiences. Now many of us, we are consciously and conscientiously living and learning in a spiritual experience with prayer and meditation. In spiritual mysticism, we are all responsible for our personal process and relationship with God. With guidance and teachers, this is why prayer and study of the Holy Scriptures is encouraged. God has chosen the Jewish people to share this truth, for others to know.

There is concern with people not considering the Orthodox and Ultra Orthodox tradition, even speaking out detrimentally about these people. In this time reactions from people as individuals have been diverse with what is happening in our world, It is easy to take this out of context. As human beings we are not perfect. Preserving faith in a world that has other demands that does not allow several hours a day to pray and study the Holy Scriptures for some people is necessary in their spiritual experience and live the Holy Life.

We can gain a glimpse of other peoples insight and experiences. We can  learn from the traditions that have been preserved, ie family life, and the sacred marriage union from an arranged marriage, to raising children to understand obedience and respect. If we went to know someone's beliefs and experience, we must seek out to speak to that individual and then we will discover their truth People are people..

Peace be with you
