Why is Babylon Foretold to be Destroyed: Sorceries

Here I will quote the entire scripture of Revelation 18, not knowing the truth in real life of what really goes on behind closed doors...But I do know for a long time Black Magic and Witchcraft is rife in England. Sorceries is identified in the following scripture - so I will identify the definition to be clear on this.

'the art, practices, or spells of a person who is supposed to exercise supernatural powers through the aid of evil spirits; black magic;witchery.'

Think about this very carefully and consider this. Anyone who is involved in black magic and witchcraft, exercising supernatural power through the aid of evil spirits, is not working with sincere heart or with the Holy Spirit that is for sure. Their intentions are not pure. The reason someone does this - to have power over people, to destroy other people - they may have made a pact with Satan for powers too.

This is what is written in Revelation 18

18 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,
10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.
15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
16 And saying, Alas, alas that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!
17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!
19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.
21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.
22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;
23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.'
This is what is written..So many innocents killed.
Possibly the killing of anyone who might be a threat to reveal the truth and yet the truth is already written...or perhaps to kill anyone who might be seen as a threat to that lofty position ...This seems to indicate.
There is a prayer that is given to the people, one that is said openly and yet, if we do not understand the words or say what we mean with conviction, we might not be heard - especially with contradictory messages. People really have to want God's Kingdom on earth. If they are praying for someone who is going against God and who dreads the return of Jesus Christ to his family with righteousness. Do not blame or accuse. God is the judge.
What is revealed in the above, 'in her was found the blood of the prophets, and of saints and of all that were slain on earth' - In this time there are many people who are being divinely guided and instructed by Christ - As the effort is to silence the truth the truth gets louder.
We are instructed to be faithful and Trust God.
14 For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God just as firmly as when we first believed, we will share in all that belongs to Christ.
15 Remember what it says: “Today when you hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts as Israel did when they rebelled.”
16 And who was it who rebelled against God, even though they heard his voice? Wasn’t it the people Moses led out of Egypt?
17 And who made God angry for forty years? Wasn’t it the people who sinned, whose corpses lay in the wilderness?
18 And to whom was God speaking when he took an oath that they would never enter his rest? Wasn’t it the people who disobeyed him?
19 So we see that because of their unbelief they were not able to enter his rest. Hebrews 3L14-19

Message to the Church in Smyrna
9'I know your tribulation and your poverty (but you are rich), and the blasphemy by those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. 10'Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to cast some of you into prison, so that you will be tested, and you will have tribulation for ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. 11'He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will not be hurt by the second death.' Revelation 2:9-11

The crown of life is not the crown of causing death.

Back in 1922 I learned that my family, along with a vast amount of other people were fortunate to flee Smyrna on boats while multitudes of people were slaughtered, their throats cut. Then someone else happened - the Greek quarter of the city was completely destroyed by fire. In this were the destruction of over 3000 years of history, along with genealogy records and other official papers too.

Learning about this was shocking. Learning that people were urgently asking to come aboard a boat where Prince Phillips father was watching on, Andrew. A crew member said they could hear the blood squelching in the distance...the people were refused on board. The result of this was the officials involved with the political decision - whatever the intention were executed bar one. Prince Andrew was saved. Learning that his wife Alice was born in Windsor Castle...Travelling to Greece for Phillip to be born was surely carefully planned. Smyrna was colonised by the British..for a Crown?

To me the crown is a symbol of the Crown Chakra that part of our being that is at the highest point, where in prayer and focus on God, with sincere heart, God can also inspire and reveal too. If someone really is Queen by the Grace of God - she is instrumental in serving him too. But if someone is going against God - this is also God mocking too.
A long while ago the understanding was given that God loves humanity enough to do everything to bring us back  to repentance - to save our souls. A long time ago, people were encouraged to be enlightened and divinely guided too. A long time ago, Kings revered God - even after the arrogant ones were brought low. Above sorcery is shown..
Prince Philip was born to be a Greek Orthodox Christian and yet gave up to join the Anglican Church and support his wife. Since the birth of baby Prince George the Anglican Church has been referred to as the worldwide Church...and yet in the ancient times, a church refers to an assembly of people. If a baby is to young to be monarch as the title Prince refers, or a King - does his mother become a queen mother automatically?
God does not go against what he has promised the people. Our suffering is purposeful. Another generation of injustice and war? My main concern is given and others too. A Jewish rabbi stated, it is time to claim our 'God given' birthright. In this time of claiming this right, rights are being denied and another illegal war has been called...
Is a pact with Satan made for the slaughter of innocents?
If we look back in history to the amount of people killed..this is a question that cannot be ignored. While I might not have the answer I do know that God knows. God sees everything behind closed doors.
Peace be with you
Pauline Maria
