The Rising Sun

The sun rising does not get much more beautiful than this!

Once a year millions of people celebrate the new year - saying goodbye to the old and at midnight welcome in January 1st. There are people who move forward with joy and people who see the new year with a heavy heart for whatever reason this could be.

Every day is as important as the next. Every day offers new experience and an opportunity to learn new lessons to grow. We are born to evolve. Every day gives the hours; day and nightime for everyone to contribute in some way in the world we live in.

Not everyone values their life, other people, or the world we live in. Perhaps this is a reflection of how they see theirself. There are people who wish they were not here and lived somewhere else. If everyone had a self destructive mind and acted out on this, life would be destroyed and our planet too. Destroying is not living.

There are people who value every day and live as if every day is their last. This goes from people who strive to do all they can do and be the best they can be. There are people who are ill and fighting to stay alive. How do you see your life and every day?

Many people who wake up to every new day, knowing they are very fortunate to have food in their stomach, clothes on their back and a roof over their head. Many millions of people do not.

Money is not the shortage in this world because if we were to calculate the personal wealth of the richest people in the world, this would far exceeed a few trillion dollars. The obsession to gain and have more is creating impoverished minds, hearts and souls.

We are living in a world where for thousands of years, indiginous people have understood the world is our sustainer and provider of nourishment for the body. The sunshine is the sourse of energy that nurtures life. Sunshine ripens the fruits on the trees and energises people too. Sunshine uplifts the spirit of people.

Even in sadness, a new day dawning with the sun rising brings spiritual upliftment. A new day is a new beginning for everyone.

Today someone sent me a message I would like to share with you.

When we 'have a happy today and every day' - Sharing this message with intention; we send this uplifting message out in the world, where the energy is flowing beyond where we know. Thoughts have power. Thoughts and words with intention are powerful. Imagine the difference we make by sending out this message.

Many years ago I travelled to America. Even when shopping everyone said 'Have a nice day' and just by observation this made me smile. Millions of American people are open hearted and show kindness and warmth even to strangers. The warmth we have in our heart is generated by the love; compasssion and care we feel.

Greeting people with warmth and kindness reinforces acceptance and self acceptance. The most important currency in the coming years will be caring and kindness towards everyone. There is a global healing need and the cure is not with pharmaceutical drugs.

The people who do not know kindness and love, might have not known love in their lifetime. Sometimes a complete stranger can change this. We can at any time decide to show kindness to everyone - especially the people who are hurting in the world. We can show care and kindness to people living on the street.

In the new day the sun will shine and yet not everyone will notice the sunshine rises so we can feel love and warmth in our hearts. Without the sun we would wither away. Sunshine brings smiles.

Every day is a reminder of God's blessing on this earth and to everyone. Every day holds a valid reason to celebrate life - even quietly as a reminder that life is very precious for everyone.

The people who have a deep appreciation for life are very active in this world making a positive difference where they can. There are humanitarians who are selfless and in touch with the global need, perhaps they have known some diffculty in their personal life, to realise that to give life to people, we must love people.

The most important message Jesus Christ gave to everyone was to love everyone. When we life to love, we do not have thought or intention to cause loss, harm, suffering, injury to anyone.

When we love people, it is the most natural feeling in the world to care about someone's mental and emotional well being. When we live with love in our hearts - we do not hold restrictions for who this is for - there are people in our own country and also other parts of the world who would thrive with our love.

Love is sunshine in our heart. The sun shines as a reminder.

Every day is a day you can love, live with love and give love

As the new day dawns every day, acknowledge your love.
