'Motorists were urged yesterday to go to war on councils who use parking fees as a massive moneyspinner.
The call came as it was revealed that town halls have boosted their annual profit from such charges to more than £500million, up by 10 per cent in a year. Motoring groups said residents should unleash ‘a flood of letters’ to councils in a campaign to have the legality of the fees tested in court.
Only a few days ago judges ruled that it is illegal for local authorities to use parking charges simply to raise revenue, rather than for genuine traffic management.'
With regards to the legality - please consider the following.
The wars are illegal. It is illegal to fund war. As you paying taxes and contributing to war. If so under 'International Law' you are breaking the law. War is a crime against humanity.
The newspaper blames the councils, who has given them authority over the roads? It might be only half a story is being portrayed here. The main gas manholes are on the roads. Who is the main man?
£1.4 billion is just on parking tickets, permits and penalties. Does this include road traffic fines. How about road tax, the layers of petrol tax. How about the cost of insurance to be on the roads and MOT standards being deliberately made so that people struggle to pass the test. How about the fines that are in place if people do not have tax or insurance. How about that cars are taken away - sometimes impounded and/or with additional fines to be let off. What is actually happening could be seen as criminal.
One lady over a period of months with being to and fro from her home has a bill for over £2,000 fines for stopping outside her own doorstep. Another lady cannot afford the permit to park.
It could be that while the headline reads £500 million, the actual revenue collected on the roads masses into several billion pounds a year and the Beast system has no care. The system for profit is going to get worse because of peoples ignorance and the law in UK does not protect the people and their rights.
The Beast of the system is a vampire that sucks people dry.
The Beast of the system refuses to put wrongs right.
The contract has been broken.
England is a spiritually blind people eager to bow down to Kate Middleton and see her baby as a future King. The Beast of a system goes totally against God's Laws and is against Jesus Christ.
The media exposes a snippet of the truth - as a lawyer said to me this system is corrupt. Another lawyer spoke of opening a can of worms.
Is every penny collected in taxes and fines accounted for?
Is every penny spent by officials in UK accounted for?
Is every penny sent overseas in aid accounted for?
If not, why not? The door is open to promote international corruption and it is this country that has the problem. This country that have obligations - warnings have been given, written in the Bible.
The crimes against humanity are rife. Injustice is a crime against humanity!
The system needs looking at very closely because at best it has been described by an ethical lawyer from overseas as being 'mismanaged'. Officials here have boasted of the system being corrupt.
Regarding the throne it is written "I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him." Ezekiel 21:27?
God mocking oath takers who think they are exempt from accountability. And accountability will come as people least expect. There is every reason to be concerned with what is happening in UK and in our world and this is why I am speaking out! Long overdue is global peace. Evidently war is profitable too.
We can lead a horse to 'clean' water, we cannot make it drink.
