What Does The Bible Say About The Holy Spirit

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. John 14:26

When we pray to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ 'and the Holy Spirit', we are told that the Helper being the Holy Spirit will teach all things and give cause to remember. 

And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38

We know that repentance is necessary and  to be baptised 'in the name of Jesus Christ'  we also know with the forgiveness of our sins, we receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, 1 Corinthians 6:19

While the churches that are built and mosques to for prayer, it is within our being that we will find the direct communication with God and in our privacy we can pray from our heart and soul.  With the indwelling of the Holy Spirit - you belong to God. Your soul belongs to God. 

“If you love me, you will keep my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you. John 14:15-17

“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. All that the Father has is mine; therefore I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you."John 16:12-15

The Spirit of Truth is also known as the Ruach HaKodesh. 

The reference to HE is from God.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1:8

Jesus revealed himself in a dream in Jerusalem, with walking with him and another man. Next he was also ministering outside to other people - it is possible the other people he is communicating with in this lifetime to prepare and bring people back to him. His instruction is precise.

And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules. Ezekiel 36:26-27

And we are witnesses to these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.” Acts 5:52

The Holy Spirit is not communicating one thing to one person and something else to someone else. God is the deliverer of Truth to everyone and is in this Truth that people are set free. The only problem is man has had a plan to enslave people and does not want to allow people to be free. As in history the captives will be set free and the wicked will be punished too.

Today there is a gathering of souls returning to God.

Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.” And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you withhold forgiveness from any, it is withheld.”  John 20:21-23

As God is The Judge - He Sees and Knows Everything.

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, Luke 4:18

“But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me. John 15:16

HELPER FROM THE FATHER - It is after prayer , I was to be shown in a dream Prophet Muhammad as if he is alive and it is the spirit within that is seeing clearly. With seeing Jesus in dreams, I have also seen him in my mind's eye wearing his crown and mantle 7th January 2013. Once we see Jesus alive, we cannot deny him. The reason we are being shown the Lord is for His Purpose

“‘And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; Acts 2:17

Having had a few spiritual experiences, there is a difference between visions (while awake) and dreams (when sleeping) There are visions seeing as if reality and internal visions from the minds eye.  The night before the baptism of baby George (of Prince William and Kate Middleton's) I was shown two visions of two white crowns and then experienced standing on top of a mountain facing two illuminated light beings (guarding heaven's door) under a great light with rays. Following this in a dream I was standing in the throne room in the presence of The KIng, whose throne was on top of pyramid steps. The Throne room was empty 'as if' waiting to be filled with people. 

The role in helping people to return to the Lord is by pointing the way and doing so in the way that I have known is through prayer seeing to be guided in the right way, praying for forgiveness, healing mentally , emotionally, physically and spiritually (while enduing a hellish situation)  The Godless ones in England will completely reject my experience    but more is a concern are those who will do anything to silence the truth to prevent people being free from captivity.

And now, Lord, look upon their threats and grant to your servants to continue to speak your word with all boldness, while you stretch out your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are performed through the name of your holy servant Jesus.” And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness. Acts 4:29-31

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be uninformed. You know that when you were pagans you were led astray to mute idols, however you were led. Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking in the Spirit of God ever says “Jesus is accursed!” and no one can say “Jesus is Lord” except in the Holy Spirit. Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; 1 Corinthians 12:1-13

Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” John 3:5-8

The  Spirit is Free and without a physical body so when the body perishes the spirit is free. When the body is resting the spirit can travel and when sleeping the spirit can travel too. If the Spirit within is summoned for a purpose it will go .The scripture is very clear, entering the Kingdom of God is with the Spirit.(there are people who have had experiences in the Kingdom seeing houses and gardens, people too. I have only had an experience of being in the throne room)

Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive, for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. John  7:38-39

There are other scriptures to also examine and while this is translated scripture,  we can still learn from this and seek to understand with experience. It is one thing looking at a photograph of a cake, another to smell this freshly made and another to taste it. People say they want love and to be loved and yet unless we love, how can we experience love? We cannot!

The way of the Spirit allows us to reconnect with the Divine Truth and this way seek to be guided in the right way in life for service. The way of the Spirit allows us to ask for our needs to be met and hear prayer answers  too. One time after being drenched by a bus in a puddle, I said 'God I really need a car' - at the time  struggling with asthma and heard a reply 'you will'.. The following day for the first time I kept seeing green cars after noticing a couple for sale...and then before the day was over I had a green car. The car was not free - but it was at a bargain price.

While I am denied justice.. perhaps the end of the structure in place is due as it is known today will come about. The Divine Court does not refuse Justice. The God mockers prevent justice and there is the truth.  Also with the persistent refusal to put wrongs right, this is a legal system that is defying the authority of God and so He will decide what will happen to correct this. 

They have had hundreds of requests already..

On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive, for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. John 7:37-39

And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” Galatians 4:6

And with great power the apostles were giving their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all. Acts 3:33

Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons, 1 Timothy 4:1

And you show that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. 2 Corinthians 3:3
