Yet another report in the Daily Mail today....
Pretty young Liberty Baker, a 14 year old waved goodbye to her father at 7:55 am and by 8:15 am his daughter was dead....Devastated the family must be in shock and the school too.
Yesterday someone asked me 'Why do good people suffer and die early' - I was asked this after my mother became paralysed and I could not answer...did not understand, could not comprehend.
The driver was 'under the influence' of cocaine the report states. He was also reportedly texting at the time...
Liberty Baker was killed as she walked to school in Witney, Oxfordshire
Robert Blackwell, 19, mounted the pavement in his speeding Citroen
He pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving this afternoon
Liberty's father told of the schoolgirl's final moments after the hearing
Paul Baker said her death had become a 'living nightmare' for his family
A photograph is shared of a family who laughed together...
'Liberty's father Paul Baker (left) said he wished he had been killed
instead. Her mother, Maureen (right with Finley, Liberty's 10-year-old
brother) broke down in tears after today's hearing '
Young Lady Liberty comes to mind...was this by some evil influence. I noticed when out and about, that we are living in a land of divided loyalties now...Many people belong to Christ many do not. Under the influence, what few people know is that they are being influenced...It is really bad what is going on.
Sharing scriptures that relate to the times revealed.
But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven,
and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God, Acts 7:55
For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but
you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out,
"Abba! Father!" Romans 8:15
One final scripture comes to mind to share...
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.
Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:20
This young beautiful soul may not be here physically but as long as love remains in the heart of the family and friends, her spirit will always be free ....She will never know dark days here. Remember with love.
My condolences to the family and all who have lost loved ones.
Peace be with you
Pauline Maria
