The lady did not say 'I want Cameron's head on a spike' unless this was published elsewhere. If anything what is shared in the twitter post would be more relevant to also try and understand.

'The awilya of Allah' is identified. I want to learn more, do you?

Prophet, whereas every Wali is not a Prophet.
